Are your products new?

Yes, we only sell brand new products. We do not sell secondhand goods.

Are your items genuine?

Yes, all items sold are genuine brand name products. Fake or copied cameras simply do not exist, contrary to statements made by high priced retail outlets.

How long will it take to get my goods?

Please allow approx 5 working days for processing and shipping time from the day we receive payment.

Do you have a physical store?

No, ImagingWorld only sells online. This keeps overheads low which reflects in our pricing. Our Gold Coast office is purely administerial and does not carry stock.

How come your prices seem so low?

ImagingWorld does not have the expense of renting a store, large numbers of staff etc, therefore we do not have to have large markups in order to remain viable.

How can i rest assured I will get my goods?

ImagingWorld has been trading now for over 5 years and is a Registered Australian Company, therefore bound by Australian Law. We offer full transparancy in our contact details, office location, ACN and ABN. We also have extensive trading history on Ebay with over 1100 feedbacks. Can i pickup from your Gold Coast Office?

Yes, we can arrange to have the goods shipped to our office in Burleigh Heads, however shipping charges still apply. You will need to place your order online, and pay for your goods before we order them in. Once the items arrive we will call/email you with pickup details.

Do your products come with a standard 12 Month Australian Warranty?

ImagingWorld sources all of  its products from International Distributors, therefore our products do not come with a standard "12 month Australian Warranty". We do however offer a more comprehensive 3 Year International Warranty for all Cameras backed by the worlds largest Warranty provider, Mack Camera. CLICK on the blue link for more info re warrantys.

IMPORTANT WARRANTY FACTS

FACT: NO Camera bought from an International Distributer will come with a "12 Month Australian Manufacturors Warranty"

The only retailers that will offer a genuine 12 month Australian warranty are retail stores like Teds Cameras, Harvey Norman, JB Hifi etc. These sellers are authorized retailers from companies like Canon Australia, Nikon Australia etc and are priced accordingly. The vast majority of "Online" sellers source stock from International suppliers at a much cheaper price, however as explained, they will not come with a valid warranty.

FACT: Many online sellers offer a 12 month "Return to Seller or Return to Base" Warranty.

These warrantys are very questionable as you will not only have to post the item back to the seller, but you are totally reliant on the seller still being in business to honour any warranty. Online stores do come and go.

Do you sell refurbished goods? 

ImagingWorld can often source Factory Refurbished cameras and lens if requested, but does not offer them on our website for sale. Refurbished products can be upto 50% cheaper than new , are in excellent condition and are reconditioned by the manufacturer.
