All purchases are processed through our ImagingWorld office.
Your purchase will be processed once your payment has cleared.
You should receive your item usually within 5 working days of cleared payment.
While stock is available at the time of listing, this situation may change. Should there be any delays due to stock issues, you will be advised.
None Cancellation Charge
Once your order has been placed it will begin processing. Should you decide not to proceed with the purchase of your items, you will need to contact Imagingworld to cancel your order. Failure to cancel your order within 7 days of order date will result in a $55 handling fee being charged.
To notify ImagingWorld of a cancellation you must do so by email. Please include your order number and advise you wish to cancel. Send email to: info@imagingworld.com.au
Exchange
ImagingWorld offers a 3 day exchange policy if the item is DOA (Dead on arrival). The defective item will be exchanged for the same model only if the return guidelines are followed:
The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, boxes, instruction manuals and blank warranty cards and copy of customer sales invoice.
All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping.
Replacement items will be exchanged within 7 days from the day the customer received the original item.
Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
Refund
Refunds will be given if the good purchased:
- have a basic, serious fault that was not known by the consumer at the time of purchase
- do not do the job that the consumer was led to believe they would do
- do not match the sample the consumer was shown, or
- do not fit their description.
